Diabetic Party Punch

Have the party that everyone will talk about for years to come.  This diabetic party punch was recommended by Randy.  He tried this out at last year’s new years eve party he held for friends and family, and everyone loved it!  It’s quick, it’s simple, it’s delightful!

Nutritional Information

Calories: 41.4
Sugar: 6.3 g
Serves: 36

  • 2quart 98% fat free vanilla ice cream
  • 3quart diet 7 Up soda , chilled

  1. Spoon ice cream into a large punch bowl.
  2. Stir in 7-Up, leaving small bits of ice cream, and serve.

We tried this recipe at a friends birthday party and it was a hit with diabetics and non-diabetics.  You should be aware that 7-Up does contain some sugar so you can substitute the diet 7-Up instead, however it is always a good idea to read the labels and make sure that it’s safe.  If you are able to “cheat” a little, some people have poured in a little alcohol into this punch to make it a little more fun.
