Alright, this is just awesome!  I’m no cop but I used to eat donuts like I was one (pre-diabetic days).



  • 2½ cups flour
  • 1 cup splenda
  • 2 tsp baking Powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbls margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup skim or 1% milk


  1. Combine Splenda, margarine, milk, and eggs until blended.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend.
  3. Drop by spoonful into hot oil (375), turning once and cook until browned. These donuts have a tendency to "turn" themselves once they are browned on one side.
  4. Drain on paper towels. Can eat plain or roll in a Splenda/cinnamon mixture after donuts have cooled.
