Guacamole (5 Minutes)

We have a lot of different food recipes but not many for appetizers, so Grace C sent us a quick 5 minute recipe that she fell in love with.  With 5 minutes of prep time and no cooking, this is sure to be a win for most of us that are on the go.

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado (medium sized, peeled and cubed)
  • 1 tbsp Salsa
  • 1 Garlic Clove (peeled)
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Add avocado, salsa, garlic and salt into blender until smooth.
  2. Spoon mixture into a bowl and serve with tortilla chips (or use as a topping for tacos or enchiladas).
